Our son with ASD, aged 3 and 1 month can't jump or blow

Our son, who is just over 3 years old can't jump (although he tries and would really like to) and can't blow (one of those rolled up hooter things, for example) even though his 1 year old brother can.

I don't know how unusual this is, or if there's anything that we can do to help him with this. Do you have any ideas? Thanks for any suggestions.

DS has only just learned to blow, he is nearly 5. He still can't suck, so can't drink from a straw. He only learned to jump about 6 months ago, before that he didn't bend at the knee and just sort of tip toe jumped. He first did proper bent knee jumping when he went on one of those trampolines with a harness, the ones you get on fairgrounds. I think having his weight suspended encouraged him to bend his knees and push off the trampoline surface, otherwise he would of just hung there!

DS is 3 and a half and can't blow but really wants to (((
I didn't think about it until now, but he found it difficult to learn to jump. He can do it, but only because I used to encourage him to jump off the steps when we go for walks (something my NT DD enjoyed when she was his age), and it took some time for him to figure it out. He doesn't really jump on the trampolines, unless I hold his hand and jump with him, he prefers to run in it in circles. I will be watching for the bent knees next time. So I guess my tip is to jump with him inside a trampoline.

DGS age nearly 5 learned to jump by going to SN trampoline sessions where the teacher got on the trampoline with him. He bent his knees after about 6 sessions and now jumps from steps and low walls at every opportunity. It's one of his favourite activities and a word he can say clearly!
We practised blowing a rolled up bit of paper through a straw for ages and he can now blow bubbles but won't blow a trumpet etc. because he doesn't like the noise.
