The dreaded DLA Form... confused already :-/

so i've finally stopped putting it off and started filling it in, and am confused and second guessing myself already!

just looking for some vague ideas of what classes as mobility problems (other than the obvious!)

eg. the ''how many meters can they walk'' question... my son can walk way over the distance some days, but other days the third of a mile walk to school is too much and we have to stop for a rest half way.

he has epilepsy and seizures and meds both cause tiredness, and when he gets tired he crys if made to walk far, proper distraught tears, not just the moany/grumpy type of complaints id get off my other kids once they hit a distance that makes them tired. do you think that counts as a mobility problem? or an over protective mommy? and the fact that he is ok after a break most of the time...does that make it not really a problem?

also, even though he has no diagnosed behaviour problems (and ive never asked for him to be assessed for fear they will tell me im stupid and just cant control him, or that its 'to be expected as side effects to meds' like I was last time I mentioned it!) am I ok to use the behaviour problems I see every day as reasons for him needing the care? eg. temper really over the top/on a short fuse, violence towards siblings, refusing point blank to take meds/go to bed/ do as told/ get dressed...its really like a switch flicks in his head and the whole behaviour changes...for no obvious reason some of the time.

sorry, im rambling, too much going round in my head tonight. :-/
