I have posted about Therapy Box before (in which I have no commercial interest, more's the pity). This business really knows its stuff and the trainers are constantly presenting the length and breadth of Britain (usually free) showcasing what they have with absolutely no pressure to buy. Russell in particular really impresses me and he is super knowedgeable and efficient and replies to every email promptly.

I have ds's SALT bringing over a SALT tomorrow who specialises in AAC, she wants to go through an app designed for preschoolers, that she thinks may be useful for ds. I will ask her about this.

Scene & Heard is particularly brilliant

The potential for this is massive.
As a guide to new places, or ways to do things (eg make a bed, board a plane). Also as an interactive diary to share between home and school. Very easy to use.
