workshop on changes in sen law

I attended a brilliant sen legal workshop today (hosted by peach) that explained how the new SEN law will affect statementing process, will take away parents' rights and right to appeal will be gone.Have got papers from there....is it ok to scan and pot a copy here, if people will be interested?

Heh, we have enough to do challenging this nonsense without falling out.

I am working on some research on this Bill and I will check this draft against it tomorrow.

There are changes but basically the problem is that its more or the same without any better enforcement or oversight
