Cost to place child in mainstream school

I read a post on here recently about the changes to funding in April for SEN children. I am sure it said cost for any child be counted as £4000 and then school would have to pay first "x" number of hours and LEA top up. Does anyone have link to this?
We have tribunal in 2 and half weeks and LEA are saying £2600 for place in school and £2900 for 20 hours a week support? this is obviously not right and I need to find real cost.

The £2,600 will be the pupil weighted figure which is what each school gets per pupil. When I was doing my tribunal, my school quoted TA rate as about £11 per hour so you need to £11 x 20 hours which is £220 then time by 38 school weeks which is approx £8400 so total cost £11k then there will be salt,OT or any other therapies

Goggle and see if you can find any adverts for TAs in your area so you can get a guide for the hourly rate

I always reckoned on £15k per year for TA (London) and thought a genetic school place was £5k
