Has anyone used this programme for brain injured children and if so how much does it cost. I looked at learning programme but not sure we could afford it.

Any input greatly appreciated. DD has epilepsy and Microcephaly.

Many thanks

Hi yes we are on this with our ds. Think costs are on the website, Andrew who runs it is very helpful and I'm sure would answer any questions you have. There is also a fbk group.

Hi. I am Andrew and I run Snowdrop. One of our families alerted me to the fact that someone on Mumsnet had made an enquiry. I hope you don't mind me answering directly?

The prices are on the website, but it is no problem to also publish them here.

An initial assessment and programme, plus ongoing support for the first 5 months is £300. Reassessments are carried out every five months and they cost £250

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask, - it really is no problem. We do have a Facebook group where you can speak to other families who have children on the programme. If you decide that you are interested in this and want to become a temporary member, just to find out more, then, you would have to friend request me at www.facebook.com/snowdrop4bic I can then add you to the group. Obviously, out of respect for your privacy I would then 'unfriend' you so that I did not have access to your Facebook page.

Kindest regards

Andrew

We did snowdrop with dd who is 3. I have to say it is the most in depth assessment she has ever had and the report we got was amazing and far exceeds anything we've ever had from the NHS. Highly recommend it. Andrew is lovely and the key thing for me was that he actually listens to the parents. Unfortunatley we can't go for reassessment at the moment as I've been unwell and funds are tight but we do our programme that Andrew developed for dd religiously
