Large beakers with lids anyone know where to source them?

I've seen these for DS1 he's dyspaxic and autistic. He is very clumsy and gets distressed with frequent spills. I would however, like to work with him learning to drink from a beaker (he's 9 now so baby sippy cups could cause teasing when other children are around, its also something he should ultimately be capable of mastering with enough gentle effort/ time).

I like the look of the easy grip and that we could pop the spouted lid on for him to take his drink with him. There are two issues though they are small, only 200ml and they have a valve he's never been able to use anyway up cup valves.

We use sports bottles at home and out and about but i wondered if anyone knows of a larger beaker with a spouted lid that his siblings could use the same style beaker and he could have the lid option?

I've never tried them. DS2 uses the commonly available systema sports bottles which are intended for adults and children, so no stigma at all. They come in several sizes, too, right down from little ones for kids to big 400+ml ones.

This is one, though we just pick them up at the supermarket. The tops are quite easy to open and close and they rarely leak, which is a bonus.

Yep we have the sistema ones too in 3 different sizes, they are really good and can go in the dishwasher.

Also coloured so great for sneaking squash into schoolGrinBlush

Thank you. I'll order some sistema ones. All three DC will use those when out and about.

We live a long way from a proper sized supermarket so i don't get to browse this stuff that often. I love online shopping but sometimes the search is so broad its hard to narrow it down to things that could work.

I'm really keen to work on using a beaker at the table though. DS frets about having a beaker and so i was looking for something that i could introduce him to slowly that could be both a beaker and sippy cup.

I use Camelbak Better Bottles with dd1 (and dd2, if out and about).

they have been brilliant for her, and a bit more 'grown up' than sippy cups.

I take the straw out so that she has to tip it to drink, but that is just preference.

Medeci system sold by nssnrs is very good. There is a beaker and you can add handles and a recessed lid so as to limit spills, but looks more grown up. Can't link at the moment as on my phone, but if you can't find it I can link tomorrow.

If you are looking for something a bit less drink bottle and more standard cuplike, how about one of the thermos type travel/camping mugs. You can drink through the lid and close the flap thing to prevent spills. They also have the advantage of being very 'grown up'.
