Basically the judge believed the senco's lies and general ineptness.

Hi

You can ask for a review if there is a mistake in the judgment, e.g. they haven't ruled on part of the appeal or have made a mistake.

Appeal to the upper tribunal is only on a point if law and you will need permission to appeal.

You need to get legal advice. Many solicitors will do a free initial consultation. I have been particularly impressed by Irwin Mitchell lately so PM me if you want my solicitor's details.

Thanks really can't afford to pay out for anyone - They by passed the evidence that he is on 0.01 percentile for reading and has a moderate learning difficulty, so I can challange this point in law.

I could and probably should have, but was advised against it because ds was under 5 and therefore due a review in 6 months which would have been a faster way to get the provision he needed than to go through the various stages of appealing.

I'm so sorry wassup. What's hardest is that you're alone with your knowledge that justice wasn't done because to mention it looks like sour grapes and people just don't understand how corrupt things can be.

Can IPSEA help?

Yes the real crux of the problem is that he has ADHD as well - so the tribunal, LA and school are saying his learning diffifficulties are due to that when he has a very Low IQ and reading ability also but this has not been recognised or considered.

But Contrdictory to that the school and LA also are saying that he doesn't need medication in their view for ADHd (I know thats not their descision). As he is on the the P scales still in Yr 2 that is also great progress because he has moved up from p4 to p6 - lets just forget the national targets then!!
