Has anyone been?

I have read the special needs exit pass policy but I don't really understand it.

When we went to Legoland they stamped all of our hands but from what I read at Drayton manor only the SN person and one other is allowed via the exit - which isn't really helpful on a family day out!!

Can anyone shed any light on this?

drayton manors policy is pretty harsh - think you can only use the exit passes for a maximum of 10 rides as well. we stopped going as they seem to get really strict and if we did use the exit to get on the rides the staff were not very kind and were quite rude. legoland and alton towers so much better

I met a mum last week who was telling me she would never go to Dreyton Manor again they were ignored at the exit despite having passes, she has written to camplain because it was so bad.

Legoland have been fantastic the twice I have been. Oakwood park near Tenby is also very good.

Thank-you

Does anyone know how many they allow in one party to go via the exit as it is no good to us if they only allow one child!

From what I've read on other forums think it's the child plus carer. Ever since they introduced Thomas land their special needs policies have become terrible.

That is dreadful. How can that be "inclusive" ?? Don't think we will be going - can not really leave a 5 year old alone to queue up for the rides!

We live near Drayton manor and have visited 3 times this last year and havnt had any of the problems mentioned if anything they have been more than helpful we went with my 3 children and husband and all got excit passes and yes they do have a limit of 10 rides but you have to choose which rides you really want and it's normally the busy ones and the ques for basic ones are not that bad really" they do tend to make you wait and leave a carriage free but I don't have a prob with that s children have to learn to wait and why just because they are disabled should they get the front ride when kids may have waited 30 mins we've had no probe there Alton towers is great as well
