Wheelchair and pushchair

Hi everyone, I have a ds who's 7 who has DWS, who has a few medical issues and severe learning difficulties. He is dependent on a carer for his personal needs and uses a wheelchair as he cannot walk. His wheelchair is a self propelled that he can use independently although he has no awareness of danger so needs supervision when outside in it. I am currently 27 weeks pregnant with my 2nd and was wondering is anyone has any ideas or has seen anything that can link a wheelchair to a pushchair? My DH works full time and my DS is at school most of the time but there will be times when I have both children like hospital appointments for my son and school holidays and i'm trying to work out how to push both. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

i saw a lady once and she had a buggy pod attatched to a wheelchair but i think it was a more buggy style wheelchair, but they do seem to have changed the design it may clip on? don't think they look like they they are for newborns though

I have seen a pushchair I think by buggaboo where you have a clip on side seat but as my son is 7, he wouldn't fit in it.
