Hypermobility, low muscle tone, low reflexes... what to do next?

I have posted here a couple of times before, mostly because DS has a severe speech delay and although he is getting better progress is very slow. At our last paed appointment he had a very good physical examination and although we knew he was hypermobile, it was also mentioned that he had low muscle tone (hypotonia) and has low reflexes. But in a strange way, he has excellent balance and has been riding a bike without stabilisers since he was 4 - he is now 5 yo. I was really shocked when the pead checked his reflexes - basically nothing moved. But if the doctor asked DS to hold his hands together and pull in different direction, the reflexes were clear and normal. Ie when the muscle are at rest, they are completely at rest there is not enough tension to create a reflex.

He is absolutely fine in everything, he can run, brush his teeth, has good coordination so me think it's not dyspraxia. It could be... but I don't think he ticks enough of the boxes.

What else could cause this? It is not having a big impact in his every day ability to do stuff, except his speech. And fine motor skills.

So what do I do now? Should I try to push to find the cause of this - if any? He has had blood test and there's no genetic cause... Or do we just deal with the symptoms as they arise and don't bother about digging in to see if there's an actual cause for his situation?

Thanks for the advice!
