Why did it take a specialist school to make ds more NT?

So all the pressure is off, he doesn't have to conform, he's surrounded by ASD all day every day and all of a sudden ds is more NT than he has ever been.

He's currently in a sulk because I told him off about something he'd wrote on his wall on Facebook.

I can't believe it! He's on Facebook! with mates! the wall comment was undeniably teenage boy stuff, he's had a bit of a "Kevin and Perry" moment and now he's sulking, and giving me daggers.

It just so bloody wonderful Grin

It's weird isn't it - but very, very pleasing!

I suppose it is all about stress levels.

Dd3 is much improved since being at an inclusive school.

She no longer has to use all her energy being invisible.

Glad your Ds is doing so wellSmile.
