Recommendations for magnesium and zinc supplements

I want to start my DD on magnesium and zinc (she has fairly mild concentraiton issues at school). We've already started Omega oils which I think have had some effect. Can anyone recommend a good supplement with both magnesium and zinc with no artificial sweeteners etc, that is palatable for a 6 year old? Ideally I'd also like it to contain vitamins including D3 which I also supplement for other reasons so that she doesn't have to take too many different things.
TIA

Floradix Saludynam

I can definitely recommend the Floradix DD takes it with no problems it has a nice fruity taste.

Thanks all, but the %RDA for the Floridix looked quite low to me. Is this not the case?

I know the amount seems a bit low - but it seems to work :)

And there's not many supplements without artificial sweeteners.

Just for magnesium I use a body spray from holland and barrett. Magnesium is quite tricky as there are lots of ways of taking it but it is often not absorbed. Don't just rely on the 'rda' on the box. - magnesium oil goodnight spray

Thanks both - yes avoiding the artificial sweeteners seems to be a nightmare!
Interesting idea for a body spray - never heard of this but will look into it.

You can also get Epsom bath salts, which are pure magnesium.

But I'd use them as well as a supplement, not instead of. As you really don't know how much is absorbed in the bath.
