DS1 and 2 were in hysterics last night whilst I was reading DS2 (Age 5) his bedtime story. In the story there was a throw away line that people at the service station were 'visiting the toilet'. Cue DS2 assuming that they were at some paid for visit to see what toilets look like (we visit a lot of castles). 20mins later the pair of them were still lying on the floor laughing away repeating "visiting the toilet" over and over as if it were the biggest joke possible.
Brightened up my day Grin.

It's the 'funnies' they come out with that keep us going. Grin

DS (now 23) was amazed when our neighbour told him that his road tax for his new energy efficient car was only £30 a year.

Not because it was so cheap, but because DS thought that as neighbour worked for the Highways Dept he wouldn't have to pay any road tax at all!

Where did that idea come from?
