When we filled it in last time I had help from money advice, and dd1 was only 6. Last time we got all the way to tribunal day, when they called on the day of the tribunal and told us not to come as decision made.
Now it's renewal time and I'm panicked. Her anxiety levels are huge, and would melt if anyone dare talk to her if out, has massive food issues and has tight tendons which causes her great pain, especially at night.

Is there a guide for this sort of thing online? I gave up work and now just doing free lance that fits in with kids and doesn't earn enough to effect my carers.
If she doesn't get it again I will have to go back to work.
Help

CAB have advisers who help with these forms. Don't know if it's a universal practise, but sometimes it's possible to arrange a home visit for precisely your sort of situation.
Bureau directory here. Plus a new telephone service is starting up - not available everywhere yet but I think that link will tell you whether you can access it.

You're welcome. Cab also have experience of filling in the forms for umpteen different clients in a huge variety of situations, and successfully help people who need to appeal.
But good luck with it.
