I wanted to share a very positive experience I had with sensory clinic in berkshire. I got to know about them through mums net and I found them very helpful ,efficient and cost effective and I will strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to do AIT for their child in the comfort of their own home. You can find them on internet or I can give you their details.

Do you mean www.auditoryintegrationtraining.co.uk/ ?

Glad you found them great.

I too have had very good experiences with AIT - but not through them.

No it is actually www.SensoryClinic.com and it only cost 350 pounds.

Can you tell us what changes you noticed after AIT?

These programs are very hit and miss as to the levels of support and remediation they can provide, and all are very good at marketing their product.
Have as look at the following research paper collection Computer-based auditory training (CBAT)

Hi sweetmum, thanks for sharing that,

I am looking into different types of therapies for my Dd3 [even though I am broke at the moment]. she would be much happier working at home and I will go on the site and have a look.

It is good to share positive experiences. Smile

I have done this twice with my daughter and noticed positive changes to her attention. The reason that I am sharing this because of the less cost then going into centres and the hassle of taking my child every day. Distance program allowed me to do this in the comfort of my own home and the value for money and good service was also a plus for me.

This reads rather like an advert. Are you professionally associated with them?
