Have many (any) others on here read this book by a guy who didn't talk until he was four and went to pioneering autism school in new York?

I found the book really touching and would love to discuss with others....

Zzzzz recommended it, maybe she'll be along in a bit.
The author goes back as an adult to see how his classmates are getting on.

Yes I would love to meet his parents. I'd love to meet him as well. As the people are all in their 20's it would be great if he followed up with them again in a few years.

Also I wonder whether the author had a big supportive extended family around him.
I've been thinking about gluten and I wonder if he would have been brought up on a low gluten diet.

He talks highly of his school and its emphasis on teaching theory of mind.

Did the book influence how you've approached your dc zzzzz?
