DD is 10, severe learning dificulties, very short attention span, I suppose some Austistic and ADD traits.... constantly asking what are we doing next, where are we going, what are we doing after tea? on Tuesday? tonight? and on it goes!

Not sur eif one would work...any idea's?

To be honest annie I made my own on A4 and laminated them :)

Made a check list for morning routine that DS could tick off as he goes, and school reminder check list for DD as although NT she is forgetful at the best of times :)

If you are thinking of something like a Now and Next Board. You could get a pin board and pin some laminate backing to it. Then take photos of shops, car, mcdonalds, DD washing, eating dinner etc laminate them and use velcro stipping to lay them out in order so as you tell her she can see what is happening next?

We have an a4 laminated sheet with days done the side, then loads of pecs in a zip folder. We also have a little travel a5 folder with verco on for when out.
If you haven't got time to make your own, there is loads on eBay Wink

There is, but that means printing, cutting and laminating, I haven't got time or energy for that! Blush

Does he have a SALT? We initially got some stuff from them. Otherwise you could see if you can get a grant for Boardmaker or Makaton. It takes ages to search the web for pictures and many are copyright.

I just got a wipe off calendar when my ds started reading, and jot in what's happening on each day. Cheap and easy Xmas Grin.

www.freeprintablebehaviourcharts.com has a mountain of things that you can just print off (may not have website completely right but even google freeprintable behaviour charts and it should come up) x

Oooh thanks everyone, very kind of you

Ther is a salt at school and we also see a, not sure haha I call her comples Helen and she was from the complex needs team but think they changed their name, but she is still complex Helen to me haha, might have a word with her

Don't have a clue if it will work, not even sure how to use it as she isnt just asking whats happening today, its sunday, tuesday etc . She asks me and I tell her again and again! It even crossed my mind she just says it for the fun of it or habit, as lots of times she does know where we are going, although her memory isnt good
