I am Liz mum to two boys aged 4yrs and 15mths. My four year old was recently diagnosed with ASD though we've suspected this for a couple of years. He struggles with social situations and has a language delay of about 1 yr but continues to progress all the while. He will start mainstream school after Easter. I wouldn't change him for the world but being his mummy is hard sometimes!
My 15mth old appears NT but who knows!

Looking forward to chatting and getting to know people on here

Hi Debbie and liz
I've got two boys - DS1 (4)who is either NT/eccentric or mildly dyspraxic and DS2 (3) who is language delayed and possibly/probably ASD (depending on which day you ask me!)MN has helped me a great deal with advice about my puzzling sons! I'll be interested in how both your boys get on at school - DS2 doesn't have to go until Sept 2007, but we're already thinking about what would be best - mainstream, special school or language unit.
