she is, considering all that! doing well and was dry in the day at around 4 I think. But I cannot get her dry at night. Her nappy always seems full

we did the taking to the toilet when we went to bed but her nappy was still wet the next morning

she has progressed really well in all area's except this . Any idea's? thanks

Can I ask how much she drinks during the day? My 5yo always had really wet pullups and we went to see the enuresis nurse specialist. She said that basically if they don't drink enough in the day and hold it a little bit, that the bladder doesn't cope with the volume at night. We were told the following advice:

Ensure she has 8 x 200ml drinks during the day and early evening, stop drinks 1 hour before bed.
Toilet before bed
Don't give blackcurrant
Avoid bubble baths as the soap can be an irritant.
Don't fall asleep with the TV on if they have one (ours didn't) ensure it isn't on in the bedroom at bedtime - the light stimulates the hormone that triggers urine production.
Don't lift later when they are asleep, they need to learn to hold it.
Use an alarm which is tiny and will wake her as she urinates which means the signal to the brain to know when she needs to go improves.

If you speak to the school nurse they usually can refer to the enuresis clinic.
DD1 is still 5 and has been completely dry for 2 months since starting this in May.
