Well its like this...........
They (school) have been told to log any concerning events, now what the EP/Autism Specialist means is general problems throughout the day, either oppositional or anxiety or whatever and how it was resolved.
School have gone overboard and homebook has been inundated with every little thing that has gone wrong. He still asks nicely for time out and doesnt get it and so gets upset (they will work it out one day). They go on and on to every proff they meet about his guns issue and imaginary world issue (please note he has never attacked a child yet!) using sticks/lego/fingers and shooting. I have found it depressing to be honest owing to the disasterous meetings/letters of the last week or so but this one made me chuckle
"DS" seems to have an obsession with vampires at the moment, his teeth dont help I know so hope they grow back quickly again. I've asked "DS" not to do his vampire impressions as some of the other children don't like it at all.
Now unless they are completely out of sync they would know its halloween coming up. DS is watching scooby doo a lot lately and there are some childrens programmes with halloween themes on telly for his age. To top it all he has lost his front teeth which he is thrilled over as he wants to be a vampire for trick or treat and so has two rather nice pearly whites to flash
Now I am supposed to talk to DS on each thing they put in the book and help rectify it. Obviously they have jumped on this as a new violent fantasy (as they keep calling them) What do I do about this one guys? Elastoplast his chops so he cant flash? Take halloween off the calender? Cant tell him vampires only come out at night as I wont get any sleep then lol
I was seriously laughing my head off at this one!
