I don't even understand Cornwalls response tbh.

What does 'currently' and 'at this time' mean? They seem to have taken pains with that wording.

I found ABA/VB through intensive research but I agree no one mentions it, had never heard of it till 3 weeks ago.

Well in that case you've got the whole 'mentioning it' experience ahead of you. Good luck with that.

And btw, I wanted to just say that I'm sorry about your dx. I know you were expecting it but this is the worst bit. It does all get better.

Star if they had actually bothered to look the correct term to have used would have been "to date" Which is why I just think is a polite way of stating the same as the others which is we are not going to tell you.

So what, - do I need to ask for clarification?

Well I have read and re read it. And to me it seems that they are just looking at the current situation because of their wording? I could be wrong of course.

If I am then I am guessing they are saying none have ABA and none got it at Tribunal. They havent really clarified each point you wanted to know have they. Confused

Another way to approach is to go on Nat. Stats. website, and find out how many kids in each borough are educated in 'other' settings (ie non LEA).
Then state you know they fund X amount of kids and ask how many of thoser are ABA type placements.

V effective as you have the figures to start wqith-and they know it.
