Come on then all you seasoned professionals...where are the best bargains atm?? Have decided that ds2 needs a laminator as he will spend more time looking at cards than books - loves the flicking the pages!

All help much appreciated

No words of wisdom anyone?

I'm a bit worried that I might buy a super cheap one £15 in Argos for example and then wish I had bought a more expensive model.

Are these cheap ones durable - what should I look for in a laminator. Help (please???)

Thanks Socci. Do you have to buy your refills from Pcworld too - or are these pouches things pretty universal? Complete laminating virgin here!

It's a while back now but I bought one from Robert Dyfas (that name doesn't sound right somehow) which cost me £15, and its perfect for me, it laminates up to A4 size.

Mine was a cheap one from Argos. It was about £20 I think, and I've had it for 1 or 2 years (my memory's awful ). It laminates up to A4 size and does exactly what I need it to.

MrsF is the queen of bargain-spotters when it comes to the pouches.

Tesco do a laminator for less than £15 usually..and stock an assorted pack of pouches...as well as the usual A4 size!!!!
