Got the letter this morning about it.

What Christmas bonus? I haven't heard anything about one.

got my letter yestaday about it as well

Its normally in the payment before xmas. Have had dd1's and ds' will be in his payment next week

I only recieve Ds's letter this week and his payment is due on tuesday

Don't you get one with DLA and Carers allowance?

anniebear - your only surpose to recieve one xmas bonus if you recieve another one - i.e from career's your surpose to contact and tell them

I thought you could have both. My letter says :-

"The Christmas bonus from Disability living Allowance is for [Ds's name]. If you are also getting Carer's Allowance for yourself, then any Christmas Bonus from Carer's Allowance is for you"

thats right pixel, remember DLA is for the child/husband in my case. i get 10pounds all of my own in my carers allowence.

Yes nice to get the extra tenner, which we received confirmation of last week, but garee with RnB, I disn't need a 2 pg letter to tell me about it tbh.

The 2 page letter is such a waste, they wrote to me to say that they owed me money for november (slightly more than i normally get) another bonus!! Not sure what i will but for ds with the £10 but i may transfer it into his bank a/c. At least it could go towards something bigger.

We are moving soon and i think he would like a cot/bed! Or i may put it towards his sensory room!

The Davros Rule (or Royal Mail?) has let me down. Still no letter.

But coppertop, the length of time it took for you to finally get DLA, you'll most probably get the Xmas bonus at Easter
