Hi

I have now found a school for my DS which I think will meet his needs, I have had independent expert reports written and had instructed legal advice, but I cant afford to keep paying him, am I able to go to tribunal and represent myself, or is that a big no no

Have a look at the IPSEA website. Failing that try their helpline.

I've been to tribunal twice in relation to two of my children. I tended to ring Ipsea during the process up to the tribunal, if there was anything I wasn't sure of. We got what we wanted both times so it's perhaps worth a try without a legal rep, given that it is so expensive.
