OK, so I have a meeting with Head Teacher tomorrow to clarify a few things in preparation for my appeal against refusal of SA
One thing I need to ask about is her IEP's which basically I think so far have been rubbish.

What I need to know is what a decent IEP would look like.
DD has Aspergers, and possibly dyslexia. She has lots of sensory issues and auditory processing difficulties. Despite psychology testing showing her to be of above average intelligence, she is still WAY behind her peers, struggling to read and write.

Her last IEP was in my opinion totally worthless.and the letter from the LEA stated that they felt everthing on her IEP could be provided by the school (well yes because there was bugger all on her IEPXmas Hmm)

so help me out , what sort of things should be on a good IEP???How many targets? How specific?
any ideas? Xmas Grin

PM me your email address and I'll send you ds'.

I wrote it mind, and I got some Hmm looks but they're doing it.

It doesn't cover the things you say your dd has issues with though, but it is a start.
