Fish oils-boring I know, but just a quick question

I know this topic has been done to death already, but I just wondered which oil you all use?
I am about to start again with my DSs, but dont know which to go for. I have always used Eye Q in the past for my 6 year old (he has AS) but a doctor at the CDC told me he felt it was a rip off and to go for one of the cheaper ones such as Boors own. I am a bit wary of doing this, as I thought there was something about these being made from the livers of the fish and thus containing more pollutants?
I have also used MORepa for my 16 year old (dyspraxia) but he hates taking it!
So which do you use and why?
TIA

I looked at Tesco's own make a few others but when looking at the contents it didn't seem to have as much % of things in than the one we use now (HalibOrange omega 3)

Plus it does seem to be having an effect so I am too scared to change onto the the other cheaper ones

Eskimo Kids. I like it because it is more concentrated so the kids only have to manage to swallow one spoon instead of three like EyeQ. Plus it has high EPA: DHA ratios which is thought to be beneficial.

you can get it online see here and it is relatively cheap if you buy a big bottle.

I use boots own and it seems to work - tried HalibOrange omega 3 as boots ran out one time but DS starting going hyper. it could have been the orange in it though as pure orange juice sends him hyper so changed back to boots Smart Omega 3

I give J Eskimo Kids since reading about it on this very board! Used to give him Eye Q and did see an improvement, but it was short-lived. Haliborange containes sodium benzoate as a preservative which can send some kids a bit barmy, which kinda defeats the purpose if you're giving it for something like ADHD.

Thanks for your replies. Looks like Eskimo Kids is the favourite!
