Because we have just moved house we are not taking the dd's trick or treating (as we don't know anyone), i explained it to dd1 and she was fine, i thought dd2 would not notice as i thought she didn't have a clue what 'trick or treat' is. She's now running around the sitting room with a old carrier bag (which i left lying around) shouting 'TRICK OR TREAT' and saying 'LETS GO TRICK OR TREATING' Grin.

She's now asking for some sweets for her bag Grin.

Grin

She sounds pretty happy just doing that.

It's times like these that make you realise that they're much brighter than we think they are.

My DD hears EVERYTHING. Most of the time I have no idea until she blurts something out and completely mortifies me!!Blush

A few months ago we were at hospital cos DD said she swallowed a hair grip, which she didn't, anyway, one of the Doctors was rather yummy and DD's Nanna was there who, quite rightly so, agreed with me. When we got home I was telling my partner how good the doctor was and DD just went, "mummy REALLY liked the doctor daddy, she wants to eat him aaaaalll up!!" Blush Blush

It made everyone laugh though so it was worth it.
