I didn't know it existed, so I'm afraid I can't help, but this will at least give you a bump.

When I queried certain aspects of dc's education, I was none too politely told to consider other schools, if I didn't trust them Shock.

What sort of issues did you have?

When thngs got very bad between school and myself, we were not offered a mediation service but got other sort of support such as autism outreach, ed psch, behviour support team etc all trying to calm things down and made us feel as though they were listening to us. It probably helped that all the problems happened towards the end of the summer term so we had the whole of the summer holiday to calm things down. It also helped that I did not 'talk' to the school but emailed them on almost everything - not difficult as class teacher was not answering questions verbally. Also, I wanted to create written records.

Things seem better this term but that might be because we got a new teacher and new TAs.

Have been told home-school link workers are good though.

Sorry not to be of more help.
