can i just say this is off topic, but i wanted to say thank you for the lovely warm welcome i have recieved on here, and thank you for the kind words of support i have recieved i have found this place through referal from a lovely lady on here, and tbh i think it came at a perfect time Smile i was worried that i wouldnt be welcomed on here as my ds hasnt been diagnosed yet as such he is being assesed for adhd atm, but i also wanted to say, and i do hope this isnt patronising but all of you should be so proud of yourselves, i think you all show there is light, even if there is struggles, and more credit should be given to mums like yourselves, im not quite sure want im wanting to say tbh, but i think your all amazing
hugs from a not patronising Blush nikita xx

Just wanted to second this! I am fairly new, and even though we are still at the start of the assessment process for ASD, people on here have been so welcoming and friendly, and SO helpful!

I will third it then! I have found the same, every time I've posted a question and thought ack!! no one will respond..... and I have had loads of supportive and useful advice. :) I think us newbies will be sticking around! x

I agree to, my Dd3 doesn't have a dx and may never get one but that doesn't stop people here from being really supportive, on another so called support forum I went on, because she didn't have a formal dx I didn't feel welcome or that they took me seriously, I am soo glad I came here instead.
