Has anyone got this, or used it?

Would like to ask someone about it before I fork out thirty quid for it.

We have it at work (mainstream school with high % of SN and emotional needs). It is used everyday with groups of children aged from about 6 to 11, often by their own choosing.
Obvs just turn taking is a part of it, but the cards have some excellent scenarios and encourage and model good social skills. We usually play it with mixed groups of SN and NT children - they all enjoy and learn from it.
It can take a while to complete a game so probably not best suited for a child who cannot stay in one place or focus for 20 minutes or so. For them, we have a ball (football sized) with various phrases / questions written for a more physical game.

Oooh - thanks for the tip, I like the sound of this - I'll go googling now...

Thanks danny. Can you tell me how similar or different it is to the book? Are the questions similar to those in the exercises?

I'm looking for something to use with our HE group aged 8-12, some (eg my 11 yo ds) with Aspergers but most NT, though their social skills are poor. I'm being careful not to offend any of the parents by implying that their children are somehow lacking Grin.

Thanks

The book is similar with much more in it for the money but it is more structured - so it depends how "school like" your HE group is.

Not very!

I think they'd engage better with a board game so they don't realise they're doing any 'work' Grin

Thanks for your help.
