How can I get respite?

Have found the last few weeks exhausting tbh. I am very isolated in so far as I can't manage ds and dd alone out of the house.Have to rely on my older dd to sit with ds if I need to nip to the shop etc.Expect dd to be off to uni next year so can see me being increasingly housebound.
Neither ds nor dd fit the criteria for SS services apparently as they don't have SLD although paed says ds will need lifelong care Hmm
The kids aren't at risk and I will just keep plodding on I suppose but somehow think that SS should be providing some services and I shouldn't have to rely on the goodwill of my older kids.
Dh works and is on chemo and we have no extended family (parents dead} for help.
Any ideas?

No because they ask about learning difficulties and they don't have them and then inform me that our family don't meet the criteria for children with disabilities team

Have tried in the past although half heartedly I suppose. But I can't fight for services because I'm knackered just surviving tbh.
