Some people are so bloody ignorant and rude!

DS2 (ASD) Loves going to Tesco. He runs around so excited, he says 'every little helps' everytime he sees the Tesco sign and likes to collect all the leaflets to add to the millions he already has at home.

So we went this afternoon and he was doing his usual - flapping and enjoying himself until he bumped head first into a teenage girl within a group of friends.

She says 'Keep away from me you freak' and all her friends laugh.

:( :( :(

Typical teenage attitude I'm afraid, I'm sure she didn't mean it and was just trying to ook good in front of her friends.

It was the way she looked at him :(

That's awful, your poor DS.

I suspect that teenage girl was just playing up to her friends, who all sound a bit thick and stupid to me.

Hope your son is ok xxx

She'd probably have spoken like that to any kid who crossed her path.

That is so horrible Sad shame on her!

I was in a cafe last week and DD was yelling and some teenage boys imitated her.

I find teenage girls to be number one in the 'have a good gawp' competition.

Grrrrrrrr

you need ds to bump in to teens like my ds1 and his mates.. They are not all bad :)

although he was a bit rude when a teen girl had a pop at ds2 and ds1 was with him.. ( ds1 gets quite a lot of female attention).. I won't repeat what he said to her, but it made her mates laugh and she got very flustered.. Not in a good way.

It's sad but I was actually impressed the other day, DD was making noises on the bus and some young teenage boys were trying really really hard not to giggle at her...I was impressed that they were trying not to!
