the past few days, been getting funny chest feelings, this morning was a lot worse, missing heart beats. phoned NHS direct said I should see GP. GP took bloods and booked me in for ecg on monday
said it's probably anxiety from the past 2 years, (Since ds born) {hypoxic birth ending in CP} and said will see me in a week for the results.
Went to hydro this aft, tried to forget about it, but on way home started getting worse, pulse speeding up, then stopping for a beat then going really slow, also short of breath, and a bit dizzy, so went to A+E finally did the ECG - normal, but I did see an abnormal beat, but was not captured.
saw the DR examined me, also came to the conclusion that It's all the extra adrenaline running around my body (from anxiety) which is making my heart do funny things
and left it upto the gp to soart out next week.
Luckily I have a stash of diazepam which I have taken and I now feel great !
not that I'd advocate popping pills for anything and everything!
