Hi everyone 👋 I'm a mum and MSc UX Design student at Kingston University, and my final project is focused on something this community knows all too well: how hard it is to access professional support for children through the NHS. I'm researching the experience of families trying to navigate OT and CAMHS referrals, waiting lists, and rejections and I'd love to hear directly from parents who have been through it. Whether you're currently waiting, have been turned away, or ended up going private because the NHS route felt impossible, your experience matters and could genuinely shape how digital support for families gets designed in the future. I'm looking for parents of children aged 0-13 for an informal online conversation of about 30 minutes, at a time that suits you. Everything is completely confidential, there are no right or wrong answers, and you can stop at any point. If you're interested drop me a message or comment below and I'll send over a short information sheet, no commitment needed at that stage. Even if you just want to share a sentence or two about your experience in the comments, that means a lot too. Thank you 💙
