Help with my 6yo behaviour

My son turned 6yo, last November
We started the referral first ADHD.
He is already on the waiting list for spectrum.

This past few months having harder, at home and school.
Almost every day he is troubles at shcool. He has an amazing teacher she tries. He has a timer on his table, some visual to help him focus. But he still distracted, we work on this and it's the big issue.

The problem it's his behaviour. He is too rough so nobody wants to play with him.
Then he push, kick the other to try to get attention to join their play.
Yesterday he bite a girl.

The teacher starting to allocate 1 child to play with him at each playtime.

At home he is so rude to us and bullies his younger brother.

I have some class already, if anyone knows anything we can do to help him, I am so sad because he doesn't have any friends.

Thank you so sorry for the long post.

Ok. Take a look at Explosive Child, or the Lives in the Balance podcast.

Also worth getting the Usborne All About Feelings/family/friends/diversity/worries and fears/you and your body. And Molly potter emotions books good too.

Other than the few bits you say the teacher is providing, what support is the school providing?

Do they run a nurture group? Do they have anyone who can support emotional literacy and Zones of Regulation work? What support for social interaction and communication are they providing? Has anyone considered sensory issues?

You could request an EHCNA.

As well as the books mentioned by the pp, you could look at the Out of Sync Child. Some people find non-violent resistance resources helpful.

Do DSs share a room?

Thank you.
The school is meant to do a social group to help him interact with others

Yes he shares his room. Bedtime we dont have too much problems. Sometimes gets up to drink some water but will go back to bed.
We have the same bedtime routine since he was arround 2yo

You could consider looking at a Disabled Facilities Grant to enable DS to have his own space. Not just for bedtime, but to give him a place to retreat to when necessary.
