There is this School mum who keeps remarking that my DD is very prim and proper. I never really thought about it.

My DD like to be on time for school, she like to be tidy and have clean uniform and do her hair, usually a plait, because it very long, she won't cut her hair, shoe have to be clean too etc, she is very well put together and behaved.

Would you take that as a compliment or is she being bitchy?

I don't know how I feel about someone keep calling her Prim and proper? She's 8 years old. this lady doesn't know my DD is autistic X

It could be either. Just ignore.
