Toilet training at night

Hi everyone looking for some advice. My daughter(6) is SEN recently diagnosed with DLD so far, she is completely toilet trained throughout the day but when it comes to night she is still bed wetting. The school nurse provided medication which didn’t work so she no longer takes it. I’ve stopped drinks from a certain time, got her to go to the toilet more frequently throughout the day, promised gifts etc but nothing seems to work and half the time she will just sleep in it. I’m really struggling and don’t no if there are any other techniques I could do? I don’t understand how she knows throughout the day and if I ask her a question about it she knows to go to the toilet but still won’t go through the night.

How long was she on the medication and what was it? Did you go back and say not working to get dosing corrected?

You cannot toilet train at night. The reason children stop wetting the bed is hormonal. It’s nothing to do with toilet control during the day, they aren’t comparable.

Theres more information on Eric.

She was on it for 3 month we went back and got a higher dose. The school nurse then said to stop it and she would speak to the GP again.

And then what? What medication was it?
