What does hyper mobility look like?

Just looking for opinions really. Ds has some classic traits of ASD and ADHD with absolute sensory processing differences. We’re still waiting to see a specialist because where we live it’s a huge waiting list and he’s low priority on the basis he’s actually thriving and generally happy ( albeit with concessions and support ). Massive sensory seeker and very disordered eating, but highly affectionate and sociable in his own way and despite profound communication delay and struggles he’s quite gifted in some respects and he generally copes with life providing we are intuitive to his needs and realistic with his daily loads. I’ve noticed lately he often holds his hands at angles and supports himself with his palms like this. A quick Google suggests it’s potentially a further symptom of ND but also it might not be ?
worth mentioning? Or does it looks like I’m just looking for things to add to the list while we await appointments?
he’s forever falling over and twisting his ankle too.
be honest if I’m imagining a connection. He’s year 2 and usually shaped incase it looks like a toddler in the photos.

Is your child doing an hand stand?!?!?

Anyways I've always noticed my boys elbows / inner arms where the elbow is as such - that's where it's been noticeable - check those out on your child ....

No he’s just literally supporting himself peeping out from under a piece of play equipment on all fours . He couldn’t do a handstand for all the money in the world. His balance is awful, he can swim like a fish ( has medals) and lift me up off the floor because he has insane strength ( also a good six inches taller than his class and way heavier) but he has very poor balance and coordination. There’s huge disparity across all his development really, he’s absolutely stunning at a musical instrument , shines at maths and engineering. He’s over two years delayed in literacy and phonics and has very quirky speech . Can be trusted to watch his baby nephew and ‘keep him safe’ for a couple minutes while I’m in the loo, takes this very seriously and is very gentle and intuitive with him , but when in meltdown or stressed out can be horrifically impulsive and put himself in danger. He walked at 8.5 months but still can’t ride a bike. He’s really very quirky. I’ve noticed though about his positioning of feet and hands lately, he’s trying so hard to copy his friends and do what they do and there’s no obvious reason why he can’t play football or ride a bike except I noticed this kind of thing when he’s just crawling out of a den, also hes got ‘floppy fingers’ according to his TA, meaning he has a weak grip and prefers to use a fist when writing or drawing.
