ADHD screening and SNAP IV form. what to do next with mild scores ?

I hope someone can advise please !
We have had one of our children diagnosed with severe ADHD which, as we educated ourselves, it has raised queries about our other children so we have just had them screened with SNAP IV forms.

The scoring gives the following:
-Mild score for inattentiveness,
-Below threshold for hyperactivity/impulsivity and
-Mild score for ODD.

The scoring was done by the psychiatrist who diagnosed the first child. they have mostly outlined that none has moderate or high scores and let us decide on course of action.
I feel the inattentiveness is slightly hurting school work (leading to grades below what they can achieve, in secondary school), and one of them has occasional self-regulation issues, otherwise no major issues as opposed to the first child who we couldn't wait to have assessed and whose life is totally impaired, both at home and school.

would you try and pursue a full ADHD assessment ?

we would have to go private as it would take a couple of years on NHS where we are, though we would try and get referral there too.

I am not sure, as symptoms appear mild, what difference having an official diagnosis would make and what help/treatment/management/accomodation would be on offer.
One of our children is about to sit A level, and feels they need help with focus. I have not raised it with their schools yet, but will probably do when they re-open

Thank you for reading and your advice !
