EHCP caseworker

Can anyone tell me what is the role of the caseworker during the EHCP process.

Still no EHCP. I have had to get a solicitor involved now. It's amazing how they suddenly start responding to emails when a legal bod is involved.

Stage 2 complaint meeting also hasn't happened yet as they cancelled it....

If they are not following their own complaints policy go to the LGSCO.

Have read this thread with intetest. I know it's a few years old but please please could you share with me the details of the solicitors you used? I'm way out my depth here. I tried to get an appointment with IPSEA but they have no appointments available. Thanks so much.
