Question for professionals - dyspraxia/ ADHD

I'm after some advice about a family member who I think has dyspraxia/ ADHD. Its a bit delicate because his Mum can be quite difficult.

Background
Child was late walking. Very clumsy. In reception teachers mentioned to Mum that his writing was poor. He acheived 2s in all ELGs except writing. At home he drank from a sippy cup until he was 4 as he was spilling drinks, he gets fed with a spoon. He's very flat footed, speaks loudly like he has no concept of volume, falls over even though there is nothing tripping him up. He struggles with jigsaws and cannot sit still. He seeks sensory feedback all the time. His behaviour is poor. In year one, school suggested that Mum took him for a hearing test. Premusably because he wasn't following instructions and not completing tasks properly. In the second term of year one school suggested that he might be dyspraxic
Mum took him to the doctors who have said he's fine and doesn't show any traits.
Mum has now said she will complain to school.
I am sure there is something but now the Doctor has said that Mum will be even more difficult for school to work with and the child will suffer.
What can school do now? What would you do if this happened in your school and a doctor did not support your judgement?
I get the feeling Mum wasn't entirely honest at the appointment!

Thank you
