Dyspraxia - advice needed

My ds has dyspraxia, hyper-mobility, low muscle tone and has behavioural and social difficulties. He has also been queried by the consultant as maybe mild Aspergers and genetic condition. He gets bullied by his peers and his school is unsupportive of his needs. He's been told off for his handwriting, been called lazy by teachers... when I try to discuss his difficulties with the senco she just rolls her eyes and takes no notice. All I want is for the school to take notice and support him appropriately. How can I get them to listen so he can be supported properly?

Have you checked to see if the LA have a dyslexia/dyspraxia policy - which should state what help he needs or they should provide?
Look up FB groups (try Dyslexia first as they are linked) and get more advice for you area/school

Has your son seen occupationall Therapy? DS1's is brilliant. She wrote a report with what the school should be doing to support and then checked how he was getting on.

Has a professional ever taken his birth and developmental history to confirm or eliminate the presence of any neuro-developmental factors underlying his presentation?
