chairs with movement

My 7 year old dd is in the process of diagnosis of asd. She's loves sitting on our swingseat in the garden and chairs that swivel. If she sits on a chair that doesn't move, she makes it move =). She has a mini skateboard that she likes to sit on but it utterly wrecks her trousers. It's her birthday in August and I thought it would be nice to find her some kind of child sized chair that has movement built in to it. I've looked at some rocking chairs that they look rather uncomfortable. Does anyone have any tips for chairs that other children that enjoy rocking/movement has liked.

My Ds has autism and for his birthday we bought him a ceiling swing and he's never out of it.

That sounds amazing! Unfortunately we rent so I don't think we could put one in. We got the garden swingseat just last month and it's done wonders for getting her into the garden away from the computer.

How about a wobble board I think they are called? Ds has one at school, it's a sort of cushion with little nodules in it and means he can move about as much as he needs to and can be moved around where the DC needs it?

Depends how much movement you want, but the kids Poang from IKEA bounces.

This or one of these if you want more rock.

Thank you so much everyone. Space is a bit of an issue but I think I've had a brainwave thanks to SisterViktorine's first link. The concentration rocker looks very much like the rocker gaming chairs you can get and as dd is obsessed with gaming I think she would really like one of these. You can get kids versions and I might see about getting one with built in speakers.

This is the one Ds has and is on offer at the moment

Ds2 plays on it a lot aswell for the rocking motion ds2 is the one who has autism but he's only 4

We have a small gym ball which gets lots of use, but I'm considereing one of these chairs so we don't have the ball rolling round when not being sat on.

Poltergoose the wobble stool looks great. Our local ASD support network has a lending library so I'm going to borrow one to see if my DS will benefit from it. Try before I buy
