Extremely shy/reading, maths, and writing concerns- PANICKED

Dd just turned 6. She is in year 1. She is extremely shy, rarely speaks to her teachers and when she does it's just above a whisper.

I've always been concerned about her number recognition. She's only just got recognition of 11-20 with intensive input from my mom over the summer.

She was on reading level blue at school but has now been moved to yellow. Her reading is good, she knows some words and can sound out most others other than tricky words. I'm not too concerned there. Also comprehends what she's reading.

Her writing is odd. She writes with her right hand but forms letters like a left handed person. I emailed her teacher regarding the above and she said she wants to discuss it at parents evening after half term and that she's just discussed Dd with the SENCO.

Does this mean that they are thinking she has a SEN? I work in this field and I don't think she does, I just think she needs a lot of extra practice until she's fluent. I have no idea if she's doing ok at school; her end of reception report placed her in the middle in almost all areas.

Should I worry? I'm panicking!!!
