We recently have a diagnosis of high functioning autism for our son (4). I'm not 100% sure of this diagnosis, but it's fair to say that he's not your average 4YO and it seems to fit closer than anything else.

he is massively intelligent and has a bit of a fascination with locks (opening them!) and trains.

His diet is not good. He struggles with a lot of food and I still have to feed him to get him to eat fruit and veggies (which need to be pureed for him to be able to touch them). He eats a lot of bread and would basically live on bread, crisps, pizza and fizzy drinks.

He does not touch chocolate, sweets, cordial, cakes etc.,

I am looking to move him to a Gluten and casein free diet, but no clue how to go about it. If anyone has some experience or advice, it would be so much appreciated.

I know it's not going to be a cure all, but it has to be worth considering, right?
