I have been asked to find this out, so they is not my properties. I tried to call the council to find out, but they are not answering the phone.
If someone has two limited companies - separate business in two different towns. Each company has a property (one leased, one owned if that makes a difference). Will the rates be calculated on the rateable value of the two properties combined, or will they both be eligible for rate relief?
each property has a rateable value of under £12k.
