Size 4 or size 5 wrap - help!

I have a dodgy back and have struggled with 'wearing' my children as it is so painful! However I have been using a woven wrap and for the first time, can spend a good while with a child strapped to my front and no pain.

My dilemma is that the wrap Is 5.2m and just feels too long and flappy, I want to go shorter but don't know whether to go for a size 4 or 5.

I'm a size 12 and have been using a front cross carry for my 14 week old. I will want to carry him on my back when he gets bigger. Could I get away with a 4 or will I need a 5?

I'd actually consider a size 6 - 4.6m to give you maximum flexibility - you might find a 4 or 5 a bit tight, although would probably get away with a 5. Might be worth considering a ring sling too for more portability.

Different sizes are suitable for different sized adults. The most popular carrying method for those new to using wraps is the FWCC and the most selected size for using it is a size 6 ( between 4.6 and 4.9 meters).
