Hello there!
I have just bought a moby wrap for my DS who is 7 weeks old and I'm a little confused as to how to dress him in it. I have so far only used it once when on a short trip to a shopping centre and found it a bit of a faff. I put the wrap on before we left in the car and dressed my DS in his usual vest and romper suit with his snow suit over the top (we live in Austria, it was a cold day and we have to walk a bit to get to our car). Then my husband carried him into the centre where we then removed his snow suit and somehow got him in the wrap.
I would like to use the wrap a lot more as I like being "hands-free" and want to have my DS close to me but I always end up taking the pushchair for ease as I don't know how to dress him appropriately. For example, I'd like to go out for a walk in the fresh air (it's around 4oC), any tips on how to dress my DS? I'd like to use the wrap in the hold where his legs are sticking out but don't want his feet to get too cold. Also, if we go out shopping how do I dress him so that he his warm enough when we are outside but doesn't overheat when we are in a shopping centre or supermarket?
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! :)
