for breakfast I had porridge made with water with an apple cut up and mixed in and some sliced strawberries, tbh I couldn’t stomach the porridge with water so I’d say I ate half if that for lunch I had half a can of bakes beans witu 2 eggs, for dinner I had spaghetti bolognese, I made the sauce with tinned tomato’s, tomato purée, 2 whole red and yellow bell peppers 1 onion and some garlic cloves as well as garlic granules and garlic salt and mixed herbs, and lean beef mince, once again I didn’t really like it as I didn’t let the sauce cooked for long enough as I was so hungry and I could taste the raw garlic so I ate about half of that I didn’t have any salad on the side as I don’t like it, I ate 3 oranges afterwards instead, I got hungry again just now (this is the part that makes me wonder if I ate too much) I dished up a small amount of pasta With a teaspoon of light mayo mixed it up had a few mouthfuls and put the rest in the bin didn’t finish it feeling kind of guilty for it
